Yes, also the no calorie butter spray that has 800 calories per bottle lol.

I have noticed that FS calorie chart doesn't match what is on the nutrition info on the package. so I guess you just sort of guesssmate anyway.

I wish I could do intuitive eating but I base my intake around how much protein I've had. Especially now. The strength gain train is out of control now that I increased protein. Despite what some quacks say protein does not make you fat.😂😂😂

I used to not be able to. Calorie counting was my training wheel until I found my balance of knowing how I’m supposed to feel after eating enough. Wheels off now❣️

Last I calculated for the spray I use it came out to roughly 10 calories per second, it definitely adds up over time. Two big blind spots or highly underestimated with most are coffee creamers and cooking spray.

interesting article, John. Thanks for posting. I honestly don't understand why anyone would think a keto diet leads to greater fat loss, assuming calories are equal. I do keto because I am T2D and it helps me control my BS and keep my A1c in the normal range. I know early researchers thought there was some sort of metabolic factor that led to greater weight loss; I think people simply feel more satiated when they allow some fat into their diet, and don't eat as much. I remember eating huge plates of carb-y meals, and feeling unsatisfied an hour later. I actually feel more full an hour after a keto meal, than I do right after eating.
