Praying that I lose some ounces this month. I was so bad in September, kept going over my calories. I told myself to make these last 3 months count! To hopefully get down 10 more lbs so I can be close to 200. Been loving the compliments though from the family, I guess they have been waiting to see if I get fat again lol. I saw one family member who had lost a ton of weight before, but unfortunately regained it back. It's like my daddy always said, "Anyone can lose weight, it's maintaining it that is the real challenge." Happy Tuesday Everyone!
