Looks like shopping is beneficial to my health. lol. Loss of 2 pounds in 2 days..that's a big HOORAY for me.. But I credit it to eating the way I'm supposed to yesterday and the day before. And just doing more, like getting out of the house, even if it's 90 degrees at 10 AM in the morning.. and just browsing, or going to the park.
Have any of you ever wondered why one of your arms is darker than the other one? My window arm (left one) is darker.. by like 2 shades. It's pretty crazy. Maybe it's just something I need to let go, or just get some bronzer/self tanner and make it even. lol.
I hope you all have a great weekend. Hopefully, if the rain quits coming, I'll go work out in the garden with my dad and my son, picking lots of green beans.. OOH! I get to go grocery shopping. MOre calories to burn!
