House will be full of family and food all weekend. Baptism for Isabella on Sunday. I am still on a plateau. Pretty sure I know EXACTLY where I have been weak. I am committed to cutting the calories by 300-800 cal per day by saying 'NO' to one weakness that's had me under its thumb. I've been NA for nearly 40 hours now. I got something from the Dr yesterday to help me get to sleep. My 'excuse' for drinking nearly a third of my calories is I need it to wind down and get to sleep. SO now I am not using that excuse. Woke up with no hangover and did my twilight walk. Imagine that! I'm back on a natural high. I'll have a few on this occasion with family. But no more drinking alone. OK that's my new thing. And I am proud of it!
