Well, in trying to exercise, I have gotten a pedometer in order to make me strive to walk more. Unfortunatly, setting my stride is somewhat a mystery and the directions are cryptic. What is the deal, I walk, it says, "One", I walk again, it says "Two", now how hard is that? Does anyone use DVD's to exercise with? Which ones seem to be fun and helpful?

I use DVDs.. But I just usually use the Carmen Electra DVDS.. I go for discs 2 and up usually.. Those are more fun.. Learning the dances and actually feeling a sweat.. It's great.

I use Leslie Sansone's(?) Walk Away The Pounds. They are great and give a great variety. I started with the 1, 2, and 3 mile set then went an bought the advanced 4 mile walk. They take 15 minutes per mile, so just can just pop in the one that you have time for. They even have a strength training band to work out your arms as you walk, etc.
