Loss 0.5 lbs, still good though its not what I want it to be. I hope that tomorrow, I will see a lb release on the scale. Maybe because yesterday I did not drink enough water as the protocol suggested. I am also will try some different recipes today with my shrimp. I was literally wanting to puke on the tilapia last night with my own steamed recipe.

I am going to the store to buy some grapefruit. I am tired of the apples, need variations on my food.
