I finally figured out the diet calendar and can see at a glance what I should do without. I thought I was doing pretty good with the Whole Wheat bread. Actually, my whole thing is "think healthy, eat healthy" and in that respect the WW bread isn't as bad as what I was eating a week ago. I was still like to see less calories.
