Day 7 VLCD - loss another 0.5 lb
Bye-bye inches! Have lost a total of 2.5 inches. My previous stats are as follows:
Beginning: Today Waist (belly-button area) - 33 inc 31 inc Low waist - 35 inc 34.5 inc Hips - 36 inc 36 inc
This HCG diet is amazing, I am not tired nor weak. I have not been exercising but the lbs continue to go. Though, I must admit I miss the food I used to eat. It takes a lot of self control!!! I cook for my family and the temptation is always there...ugh :( Well, it's the same with other diets. You are to do heathy choices, too. Will try to start at least 30 minutes of activity today or tomorrow to keep losing.
