21.2 pounds to my first goal! It feels good actually writing that. This week I've been doing Jillian Michaels' Shed and Shred in the morning before work. I'll also have a bowl of cereal before I leave for work. I take salad with me for lunch, and I have a normal meal for dinner. Hoping for more weight loss next week. Today is a good day.
