Golden Corral again. wow. I can feel my gut. It was worth every bite. Loved having the family here to visit. Loved going out to eat and just enjoying myself. Now it's time to get back on it. Not hard to do since I pretty much enjoy everything I eat and don't really want much more. well - maybe some pita chips, and my yogurt that I can no longer eat. Anyway, I never feel like I'm on a diet because I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything. So it should be easy to get back on it tomorrow. I've probably gained a pound. possibly two but I don't see how. Going over on my calories for a few days - even by 1000 calories - at most one pound. I know the scale will say more. oh well ...
