I have been gainig weight again even though nothing has really changed, well except that I havent' been to the gym. I have to make a choice between the gym, dinner and sleep. I can go the the gym after woork but I would miss dinner because by the time I would get back home it would be about 8 o'clock and I would go to bed a bout an 1 1/2 later so there is no point in eating. I could go in the morning but that means losing 2 hous of sleep because I am incapable of falling asleep before 10 o'clock at night. Most people can work well with 6-8 hours of sleep,w/ less then 8 it takes preogressivly longer for mw to wake up each morning until I wake up more exhausted then when I went to bed. It's a vicious cycle.
Of course I could take my dinner with me to work, but taking it isn't the problem, it's remembering to eat it. I take snacks to work for 10 & 3, but most times I forget tot eat them. I would forget lunch if people wouldn't come by and remind me to leave.
