I had a bad couple of days with points. I realized I missed some points yesterday. I was almost 20 points over. HOLY COW!! That is okay, I will definitely be back on track tomorrow. The only thing I am worried about is that we are going for sushi. The soy sauce is really high in sodium. Even the light one. Maybe I can dilute it?

Lol...girl, trust me, I feel you! Five glasses of pinot grigio was an oops of ten points!! I am definitely glad I'm recording everything though! It helps you be realistic and not make the same mistake twice!!
Oh well...tomorrow is a new day! Back on track for the both of us! :)
