We have been watching old episodes of Lost recently. And I identify with Hurley more then any other character. I understand what it is like to be fat for a lifetime. Finding yourself feeling guilty for your actions....even if your actions are just walking or being in the area of others.

But I just got a new scale, and I hope that it will help me to watch what I am doing. I read that many people stay on course by weighing themselves everyday. I will try that method to see if it works.

I told my beautiful husband that I wish to weigh less then he does. I have about 55 pounds to go. Its just because I don't want to.
