day 9 VLCD WOW! Loss 1.5 lbs and an inch on my waist (30 inch). The apple day worked, though I only did partial. Actually did cheated yesterday, ate rice, rotisserie chx, sauted broccoli and cauliflower. I was upset and made me eat more of my calorie protocol but I am happy of the hard work and self discipline I was doing for the past week. I thought last night was the end. Today I am soooo motivated to stay.
