Well I am back...
I decided that I need to write about my journey again as it has been a long haul. I am glad to be back! Hello, all and I have missed you!
Today, I feel refreshed and full of hope! I am not at weight goal yet, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I feel beautiful, loved, and graced with amazing support.
As far as diet, I am on 1100 cals and 20 net carbs. This works best for me in weight loss. I also am running now. I am not a runner; however, I am running on the treadmill. I can now run for 4 mins without stopping. I am proud of my accomplishments and thankful to be on this journey with all of you!!!
