I want to say thank you to everyone who has been so kind to me this last week with the passing of my oldest uncle. Your words of support were incredible to receive and reference. My uncle's funeral and burial were his out-of-country home. I wasn't able to attend, but my mother let me know how it went. Although it was very difficult for the family to lose a solid part of our family system, the funeral was widely attended and there was a lot of support for the family. That's what matters. We don't leave here with the material things we fuss over, but with the love of the people we touched. My uncle Jesus touched so many, so he was sent off with the best of support. I pray that his soul gets to the other side with safe passage. May he rest in power in the glory of the heavens.
And life goes on. Sigh....
