I am trying to get my water in , it is now 600 at night and I still have only drank 240 cc x 2. I did stay under 1000 cal. but it was a struggle. Especially when hubby buys chocolate and caramel donuts. But resisted. Probably will go to bed early so I don't feel like eating more.
