Hi everyone, Happy New Year. I decided I am going to just make small goals so I don't get discouraged. Also, I am stopping PT because it doesn't help me walk any better. I am going to the gym instead and walk on the treadmill and do the exercise bike. I need to build stamina for walking. I can barely walk 10 minutes. Terrible. So that's my goal for the new year!

Happy New Year to all you wonderful FS friends.
I'd like to hear your thoughts about my new experimental diet for when I'm too busy or wrecked to cook. Eating out or take out food always has too much salt. My new diet is based on organic "goMacro" Macrobar, organic "goRaw zesty lemon" bars and organic Nutra Camps "Super Greens" powder.
Maybe a bit pricey but less exxpensive than eating out. Hopefully it is healthy especilly if I go on and off it depending on my day. Both bars taste very good are and nicely balanced with protein and fat
1 goMacro bar has ........... 11g protein, 11g fat
1 goRaw Lemon zest bar ... 12g protein, 10g fat
1 Scoop of Super Greens has 333% vitamin "A" Daily req..antioxidents and probiotics
This may be a good camping diet or astronaut diet :)
