So I made a smaller serving of my favorite Chocolate Oatmeal this morning, but it didn't really reduce the calories that much. I may end up going over on calories because of that - something to remember, hmmm. That's okay, I'll just have to be very careful for dinner, have fish or something. Anyway, today I found out that MyPeakChallenge has issued their "2020 Challenge," which is 20 minutes of exercise daily for 20 days straight - should be a piece of cake for me (no pun intended). Of course, I'm sure I won't be penalized if I spend more than 20 minutes on exercise, LOL! So, today is Day One of the January 2020 challenge. Last night I somehow DID NOT get to the treadmill, but tonight it will DEFINITELY happen! I think I'll take a picture of my time & upload it on FS for the record - I actually follow MyPeakChallenge on Instagram, but I can't figure out how to use Instagram, LOL! Tech-challenged, I guess!
