I went back to work on Thursday after being out for 2.5 months due to a layoff. I like my new job, but it doesn’t allow me time to go to the gym, so I’ve been getting up early to work out on my home equipment. So far so good. I am so not a morning person and keep telling myself that it takes 21 days to form a habit. 😂 I’m determined to stick with it and lose this stubborn weight!
