Its a rainy cool day here in St. Louis, MO, but I want to go and walk around the building to get some exercise at lunchtime. I think it will do me some good. I've been planning on going to the gym in the mornings, but I just haven't made it there yet. I need to get my butt in gear. If I am really going to loss the weight, I have to exercise it off.
I've been doing really well in the evenings by drinking tea to curb the need to snack after dinner. My sweetie is a snacker. She wants to snack all evening long as we watch television. I try to keep my hands busy with knitting or wood carving. If I am busy with my hands, then I will not eat. And the Tea is smoothing.
I've been drinking Green Tea by Lipton. Its okay. I'm not totally cracked about it, but it does help. I much prefer the Red Raspberry Herb Tea. Its got a great flavor to it.
Okay....I tried...I really did try to walk. BUT....its raining and my joints hurt so damn bad that I just had to stop. I didn't get very far at all. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day?
