Well last Friday was a disaster, I picked up a 5-gal water bottle at work (something I've done hundreds of times) & felt something in my back move. I was in alot of pain & had to go home, so I spent most of the weekend laid up with a massage pad & overeating comfort food. I was able to do some slow walking, but that's it. Today I'm back at work, but my back is still sore & I'm already popping Ibuprofen. But hopefully I won't do the overeating today, we'll see.
