Good weekend, no weight gain actually lost a few ounces. I'm hoping to be out of the 150's by the end of next week.

Great job!!! The blue crabs and crab soup sound soooo good!! Haven't had that for awhile. I'm like you though; the diet thing has changed my appetite for regular food. I guess that's a good thing though, huh?!

Yeah....I'm at the point now that the cravings aren't near as bad. I also feel about half guilty when I do eat something fattening. I use to only diet during the week but my new eatting habits are carrying over to the weekend now which is good.
