Thanks Shirfleur 🤗💜💚🌈 Hubby made his jumbo lump jumbo crab cakes 😋 He makes the best and like no filler🤗 he also made flounder, which I’m too full to eat so deleted it from my log. Butternut squash spirals 3/4 cup with thyme leaves and a sprinkle of brown sugar on top😊 ate almost 1/2 of that. A glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. Still sipping the same glass of wine, and water. I think I’m still full from my late lunch lol.

Thanks John 🤗😊 I actually don’t care for flounder like I used to. I prefer fish that are more thick like onions love salmon and haddock 😋 Well I love trout too and crappie.... hmm I like a lot of fish😂 Just lost my taste for flounder. I saved my plate though for lunch tomorrow since I have a rheumatologist appointment around the time I typically will eat. The flounder actually we found at 🎯 in a bag. The price was good. It is Simply Balanced Wild Caught flounder filets. Each serving is only 80 calories 😊☺️

I love fish and other seafood too. Growing up in Louisiana, lots of seafood available, plus no meat on Fridays, and my grandfather had a commercial crawfish lake.
