Started physical therapy for the back injury yesterday, it was a rough session of ultrasound, heat & massage that somehow left me feeling sore. Also, the left hammie locked up twice, what's going on there? At least I have a rough idea of how I injured myself to begin with, need to keep the weight closer to the body & watch the torque. I am learning stuff in this biomechanics class, how 'bout that? I want to learn how to NOT injure myself lifting the 5-gal water bottle, most people say "don't do that again, get someone else to lift it." But that seems counterproductive to me, and it makes me feel like a baby. Yeah, gotta start lifting again - at least my weight is still stable, not losing but not gaining. A little water weight over the weekend (I guess), but it's already gone. Need to focus on my diet & tracking while in recovery, maybe drop a few more lbs.
