I'm Honduran and just as any latin country our food is with simple ingredients but tasty as nowhere else you can imagine.
My country picks up some traits of Mexico and has dishes based up on the ones of other countries, so we have a mixture when going out.
Today I present to you a dish so commonplace that you can get it almost out of your door:
Baleadas! It's a flour tortilla with fried beans, natural dry cheese and very thin milk butter. You can add avocado, chicken, roasted beef and/or scrambled eggs.
Usually acompanied by a horchata (drink made from rice, cinnamon and dry pumpkin seeds).
Feast your eyes.
