I struggle with IBS. I don’t know if my symptoms are worse with this lifestyle change or I’m just more aware of it more now. I can tell my body is changing because my “fat pants” are hanging off of me but my weight is all over the place and my stomach feels bloated and painful. I didn’t lose this week. I didn’t gain really either.

You have intake more fiber in your food to help with the IBS along with some probiotics & prebiotics, it really helps me with my IBS.
