I’ve been doing a weightlifting class in school since the beginning of my senior year (Sep, 2019), and now I’m finally going to start doing some cardio on top of that!
Today I did a 3km run in roughly 26min, which I personally think isn’t too bad for a beginner:) I’ll probably be running 3-4times a week if not every weekday!
