ate and drank to much over easter weekend ..came back yesterday morning and went strait to work...not that much overeating on food but sweets,icecream..and alot of wine..not going to weigh myself .all ready know ive gained ..im bloated and me clothes fit funny..detox week..from today..no wine, or sweets ...minimum carbs.. and have to start working out again..havent worked out since monday..
