I'm still feeling pretty crummy, but I felt well enough yesterday to do some Hip Hop Abs DVD with a friend! I've got a pretty bad lingering cough, but I'm trying to reduce what I'm eating to make up for my lack of exercise. Hopefully, I'll feel right as rain in a few days! In the meantime, I'm going to do my best to stay active, eat right, drink lots of fluids, and sleep lots!

During Hip Hop Abs, there were times when I wanted to stop, but it was so much fun that I found I couldn't stop! I hope to do it again today!
