A nice drop that I wasn't expecting! It sets me at a net loss of 1.4 lbs so far this month (since last weigh in I gained one pound).
This week has been long, a lot going on while trying to recover from a cold. I've only ran once so far, going to try to get in another today while it's not raining.
Going to try to keep it strict over the weekend. Hope everyone had a good one!
