I just made my salad for tonight..I made a little too much but some for the family lol I chopped 1 carrot, half red pepper, 6 leafs of lettuce, 1 small tomato, 1 mini cucumber, 1 small stem of broccoli, 2 small red potatoes(boiled with skin) chopped it all! Then made my dressing, 2 tbsp of veganaise, 1 lime squeezed of juice, dried dill, dried oregano, ground black pepper, pinch of salt, pinch of cayenne pepper, 4 dotted squirts of chinese garlic hot sauce. As of right now I only have dried herbs, I seriously need to go shopping. I got this inspiration from a Vegan site when i saw a picture of multiple salads but I made whatever I can come up with!
