I feel like I just took a swan dive into a mountain....I was like "mayday, mayday, our plane is falling" Ya this weekend was really really bad, I did fit in some exercise but not as much as i'd hoped and omg I went to bed late and drank too much beer. Which has not been part of my diet for 4 weeks already. So yup time to reset and hopefully do a super duper good eating the rest of the week. Hope everyone else is doing good on your diets and new eating habbits :) *
