I have been looking at my diet. I’m eating too many processed foods. I’m deleting as much sugar as possible. I’m changing to vegan protein powder. That will take out a lot of sugar. I’m also limiting anything processed because the sodium content really makes my i inflammation e en worse. I’m adding chia seeds as well. I will get this wright gone. I have noticed when I have a Lupus flare my weight goes up. After my infusion, it goes way down. Welcome to my world! My motto-Never give up-Neveg Stop Smiling!

Thanks guys. It’s hard when I’m not entirely mobile. I do walk, but with the SLE Lupus pain my ankles are holding me back. I’m in a wheelchair or on a walker when I’m out. Just life. Plus, the inflammation. I got the chia seeds and will be trying them today. Thanks again for your supposed. I’m not giving up!

I have an autoimmune disease called CPPD. It is crystalized calcium between my joints. It's extremely painful so I too have been trying to cut out processed foods. I eat mostly a Mediterranean style diet and I get protein from collegen powder. It is extremely helpful for my joints. Hope you find what works for you!💜💜💜

Thanks, Diana. I looked at the collagen powder, but it’s made in China. I couldn’t find any made in USA. I get the pain. I have 8 autoimmune disorders and severe spinal trauma. Life. I’m changing protein to a powder. I was using just Carnation Breakfadt Essentials, and Vanilka Soy milk, but the calories, fat and sugar are way too high. I’m cutting out as much processed food as possible. It’s so full of salt and sugar. I’m mostly eating fresh if possible. We plan container garden this guest. Good luck and best wishes to you.
