So, I sucked it up and did the Plyometrics workout from P90X. I completed P90X a little over a month ago, and I had no idea I had lost so much in terms of muscle mass. It was a serious wake up call since I'm starting Insanity next Monday. But I MADE IT!!! I pushed myself the whole way through, with my two homies beside me! It was soooo hard. I was out of breath, and I couldn't keep up hardly at all. But I did my best, and I forgot the rest! And I feel awesome! Now I get to enjoy my dinner (seafood pasta! YUM!), and take a well deserved rest... UNTIL I GO AT IT AGAIN TOMORROW! *virtual high five to everyone reading this*
