Okay FRIENDS...BUDDIES...FELLOW MOTIVATORS!
I really, REALLY NEED to go work out tonight. For some reason I'm feeling tired and unmotivated. Lack of energy, slight head ache, just want to go home and lay down on the bed and close my eyes. However, I can't. I have a 2 yr. old and daddy doesn't get home until 8pm.
So, could use a little encouragment of sorts to get my spirits lifted in the right direction.
I'm drinking some water right now, in hopes it'll help.

Lift some weights or do some sit ups - all things that require minimal time commitment and can be done while watching your little one. Once you get a little bit done, see how you feel. Generally, once I get the muscles warmed up and the blood flowing, I start to feel more energized and am ready to do more. A slow build up is what's required in times like these : )

I bet you'd like those weighted balls. I have 3 pounders and 8 and you just play with them, roll them around, toss them around, you get a workout while watching tv and you dont even feel like you're working out! You're doing great, keep up this trend, I'm lovin' it! wooo hoo!
