I'm glad to see the loss. I've been working hard this week to stay well under my calorie limit to make up for my high calorie day last week.
I'm hoping I see a nice drop after TOM ends next weigh in. We have 8 days left in Feb and I'm 2 lbs from my goal. This month has had more higher calorie days than last month, which is the cause I think.
