I'm at the point where I'm afraid to weigh myself. I'm still gonna make it to zumba today though. I feel like I need another weekly activity to add to 2 zumba classes. I saw another FS member mention PiYo, which sounds interesting. I definitely need to build muscle strength and I feel daunted by the equipment at the gym. I guess PiYo uses your own body weight rather than free weights to achieve that. So maybe I could do it at home.
