Ta Da! I am 2 pounds down this morning! I was pretty sure I was going to be close to that, but you have to always be prepared for those unexpected spikes. So far, so good. I asked DW if she wanted to go out to eat tonight. She said she had lost 4 pounds in the last 2 days and she wanted to keep it up. Of course, I told her that she couldn't expect to lose 4 pounds every 2 days. She didn't understand that. Of course, this is coming from a woman that has lost 5 pounds every 2 weeks for the past 31 years! How does that happen. Hmmm, Yours Truly is not going to bring up the fact that she must have gained 5 pounds every other week for the past 31 years as well. Anyway, I'll probably be eating leftovers tonight; but since there is lots of spaghetti left, I don't mind.
