I'm back down to about where I was before my splurge day, give or take a pound, so I felt comfortable weighing in and showing off how much I've lost! I know that two pounds doesn't seem like a lot, but every little bit counts, and I know this next week is going to be awesome! We ended up not doing plyo yesterday, since we didn't want to push ourselves too far beyond our state of mental and physical exhaustion, so instead we took a nice long walk around the town and kept our eating light to make up for the lack of insanity haha! Today I'm full steam ahead again, though! I feel recharged and ready to go (possibly due to the shakeology I'm drinking right now!). DIG DEEP! WEEK 2!
