I did really great this week.I'm down two pounds!I also did awesome on the insanity fit test. Which is so cool because I was really apprehensive about where I was. Turns out that I really improved.

I know! I felt like I was going to do worse, and then there were moments were I actually stopped EARLY because I didn't want to overshoot my old score by like 20 reps and make myself apprehensive next time!
