Hello all
When I first joined fs in 2012 I was 17 years old hitting my gym goals super in control of what I put inside me attending music college, working part time and full of energy ! Fast forward to 2020 , 70 pounds heavier , I am a 25 year old that suffers from severe depression it’s a miracle for me to even have the smallest sprinkle of motivation to write a post , when they ask you where u see yourself in 10 years time I didn’t think this would be my situation ! I’m finding it imposible to get into that right mindset again for eating healthy and now with this Virus threat even more as all my energy has to be focused on surviving and keeping safe !

started diet last week , weighed myself TW......lost 0 lbs .... don't understand. I've been so good . stayed exactly the same .
can someone tell me how to convert kg to lbs when tracking my weight please. x

Vallatto just google kg to lbs converter and it’ll pop up. If you got a smart phone there will be a free app on whatever relevant app Store.
Don’t give up. I know depression sucks and when you are getting no where it makes things even worse. The main starter for both is exercise, be it a walk, a run, a swim a whatever just do something. Wide open spaces, countryside are all good for state of mind. You can, you will make the change.
