Oooh two entries in one day...
This one is more so for information purposes.
I have been reading a lot of members journals and a lot of them seem to be saying the same thing. That they are upset with the fact that the centre is making them eat more when if they start exercising. Also, that they are not losing weight if they are exercising. Granted it is a bit of a downer when you hop on the scale and havent lost much or nothing, but it is true what they say. "Muscle weighs more than fat" So, unless you are just doing a cardio routine youre going to gain muscle. Now with that being said, it will be more effective to becoming healthier and leaner if you combine cardio with weighttraining (muscle burns calories).
Also as weird as it is, you do need to eat more food if you are working out. When I first learnt starting getting into all this health stuff I too thought it was odd. How is it possible to eat more and lose weight? Now what I didnt realize is that I had junkfood mentality. Obviously if I eat more crap i.e. pizza, processed foods, stuff with a really high sodium content so on and so forth Im going to pack on the pounds. I didnt realize that when they say eat more to lose more that they ment eat more meals of smaller portions of healthier items.
I did some math because Im a dork and thats what I like to do in my spare time (not really) but I added up the calories of things I ate regularly (before I started the program) and added up the calories of things I eat now and yes I am eating more but I am eating way less calories.
I dont know if this makes any sense to you other members, because I do have a tendancy to ramble on, but about that intaking more food heres a site that may help with the explanation.

So all in all what I am trying to say is, even if it is harder for you to eat more food it is something to get used to ( I know Ive been trying to get used to it and have)you need to do it to lose weight. Oh yeah and for your info as well, adding the exercise in to your weightloss regiment will not only speed up your weight loss faster but it will also help with skin elasticity. Meaning chances of you having a saggy paunches and flapping arms are lessened with exercise.
