Good morning all! Again!

Yesterday was a really good day. I kept my carbs low, and didn't really feel hungry. My sugars were okay yesterday, but they are great this morning (my lowest fasting sugar to date). I'm so happy with my weight loss this morning. I haven't been this low in more than a decade.

Pushed myself hard on my walk again today, and doing 80 squats afterward just about killed me. :) But in a good way. One small frustration... my new walking shoes are giving me blisters. In different spots every day. I hope I get them broken in soon.

Today is going to be a bit of a test. As a treat, I'm making some fake out Chinese take out tonight. Bang bang chicken, fried rice (using brown rice), & broccoli. I've found a new recipe for the chicken that doesn't involve breading and frying it, so we'll see if it still helps with the Chinese food craving. I haven't made Chinese food in more than two months. My plan is to use stevia in the sauce (to replace the sugar), have my measuring cups at the ready when I'm dishing up, and to fill my plate with mostly broccoli. Self control. I will exercise self control.

Breakfast was 2/3cup yoghurt. Lunch will be left over greek salad and maybe some cherries. That will leave me with lots of room for carbs at dinner.
