1/2 lb weight loss. I've put in alot of effort for that 1/2 lb, wish it was more but trying to be optimistic here. It's possible I've also taken 1/4 inch off the waistline. Well that could be better, too - time to up the ab work! Okay, I can't quite do what the model is doing, but I have been working out in my living room so there's that.😎
