So I finally broke out the roller blades that I brought god knows how long ago. I'm guessing a couple of months ago. But they are too big for me and I had a hard time so I only went twenty mintues. But in those twenty mintues I burned more then I do when I spend an hour walking. Even when I walk for an hour I only burn like 200 and something calories but when I roller bladed I got 296 and was like dude I just walked off breakfast and a little more. I got up and ate at eight something which is early for the girl who doesn't eat before 12. SO now at 12 I'm like...hm...I'm not hungry. But that's a good thing!

Holy crap, I just checked out the calories burned for roller blading. I walk fast for an hour and burn about 350 and roller blading is twice that much. I need to make a trip to the sporting good store. I can feel the pavement hitting my knees and butt already. It won't be pretty.

believe me today wasn't pretty at all. But I survived. I'm not sure when I'll be brave enough to hit it again though.
