I read a web site recently that told me I shouldn't try to cut out all sugar and flour, because depriving myself doesn't work. I took that and RAN WITH IT. I learned that there are many people in this world who can handle moderation, but I am NOT one of them. So what works for some may not work for me. I am starting induction today and I know that by day 3 it will get really, really, tough so I am counting on all of you for support. This is important, I believe it is life or death for my health, and I am going to do this. <3
