I passed all mini challenges. I was 100% successful. i did not lose weight, but stayed the same. i need to cut back a bit on calories from late night snacking, and work out more. I know better, but i am happy to maintain this weight. I have lost 35 pounds so far and have kept it off for many months AND have NOT yo-yo'd! steady may not win the race, but I will still get to my goal. i am happy!
