Well, thought I'd better start journaling what I eat each day as I'm back up 1.5 pounds and am not sure why.
This morning I had my usual Reset Vanilla protein shake with 1/3 c yogart, 1/4 c mixed frozed berries, 2 TB peanut butter, large dash cinnimon, and 1/3 c almond milk.

Just realized how to add more to the journal...
after lunch I had about 5 peanut m&ms
Had dinner which consisted of chicken, lentils, and veggies. Topped it with a small amoutn of goddess dressing and had 2 slices of sour dough toast, 1 slice with light cream cheese.
For dessert, about 1/2 hr. later had s/f fudgcicle wtih a little peanut butter as I was craving a reeses peanut butter cup.
