Lockdown is playing havoc with my eating. I have spent the last 11 days in the kitchen cooking up a storm, baking breads, desserts, confectionery.
That’s it. I have gone over my upper limit of 60kgs, so now I need to knuckle down again. No point doing all the hard work and then put it all back on again.
